Booth Set-up

Thank you for being a sponsor for this year’s Flashback. Below you will find set-up instructions for the day’s event.

CHECK-IN, SET UP AND TEAR-DOWN

  • If dropping off equipment for your booth, enter Glendora Avenue from Vista Bonita north of Meda Ave. (See map below) MAP PIN LINK

  • Event Staff Members will be on Glendora Avenue to check you in and direct you to your space.    Please do not set up in a space not assigned to you.

  • Check-in will begin at 2:00 PM on Saturday, August 19. In order to protect the classic cars, your canopy, table, and chairs need to be set up in your assigned space by 3:30 PM(No delivery vehicles will be allowed on the street after 3:30 PM) You may drop off your items and leave if you wish, then return to complete your setup.  All booths must be completely set up by 5:30 PM.

  • Please note that there are no tickets required at this year’s event.

  • A representative must be at your booth at all times.

  • Tear-down will not be permitted before 10:30 PM.  Tear-down must be completed by 12:00 AM.

  1. YOU WILL BE PROVIDED WITH

    • 10 x 10 booth space

  2. YOU SHALL PROVIDE

    • Your table, chairs, and canopy

    • Any optional décor, including banners, tablecloths

    • Any signage for your booth.

    • Any informational items, giveaways, flyers, brochures you would like to use to promote your business.
