Booth Set-up
Thank you for being a sponsor for this year’s Flashback. Below you will find set-up instructions for the day’s event.
CHECK-IN, SET UP AND TEAR-DOWN
If dropping off equipment for your booth, enter Glendora Avenue from Vista Bonita north of Meda Ave. (See map below) MAP PIN LINK
Event Staff Members will be on Glendora Avenue to check you in and direct you to your space. Please do not set up in a space not assigned to you.
Check-in will begin at 2:00 PM on Saturday, August 19. In order to protect the classic cars, your canopy, table, and chairs need to be set up in your assigned space by 3:30 PM. (No delivery vehicles will be allowed on the street after 3:30 PM) You may drop off your items and leave if you wish, then return to complete your setup. All booths must be completely set up by 5:30 PM.
Please note that there are no tickets required at this year’s event.
A representative must be at your booth at all times.
Tear-down will not be permitted before 10:30 PM. Tear-down must be completed by 12:00 AM.
YOU WILL BE PROVIDED WITH
10 x 10 booth space
YOU SHALL PROVIDE
Your table, chairs, and canopy
Any optional décor, including banners, tablecloths
Any signage for your booth.
Any informational items, giveaways, flyers, brochures you would like to use to promote your business.
